“Graffiti fueled my love for hip-hop and hip-hop fueled my love for graffiti art. I see graffiti as our culture’s contemporary form of hieroglyphics and I wanted to wield it in a way that benefited my community. The landscape of Boston became my art gallery and using graffiti, I immortalized my community’s stories and history. This form of storytelling is one of the driving ethoses behind my artistic practice.”
